Build a trading plan you'll actually follow

Most trading plans fail not because they're wrong, but because they're vague. "Trade with the trend" isn't a plan, it's a wish. A real plan tells you exactly what to do when price is in front of you.

Make every rule testable

Each rule should be answerable with yes or no in two seconds: "Is price at my level?", "Is the session London or NY?", "Is my risk ≤ 1%?" If a rule needs interpretation, you'll bend it under pressure.

Keep it to one page

Entry conditions, risk per trade, max trades per day, daily loss limit, and when to stop. That's it. A plan you can't recite isn't a plan you'll follow.

Confront yourself with it before every trade

The plan only works if you read it at the moment of decision. A pre-trade checklist that forces you to confirm each rule (the way TradeDiscipline does) turns the plan from a document into a habit.
